Yes, UK Direct Chauffeurs operates globally through trusted international partners. We can arrange chauffeured services in major cities across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
How do I make a booking?

Do you provide meet & greet services?
Yes. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. Flight tracking is included to ensure timely pickup even for delayed flights.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
All chauffeurs are fully licensed, insured, and background checked. Each undergoes extensive training to ensure the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and discretion.
Can I request a specific chauffeur or car?
Yes, you may request your preferred chauffeur or vehicle model such as a Mercedes S Class, V Class, Range Rover, or Bentley, subject to availability.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, we provide customized corporate accounts with benefits such as monthly billing, priority bookings, and dedicated account managers for businesses with frequent travel needs.

Do you operate 24/7?
Yes, our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee vehicle availability, though same-day bookings are also accepted depending on our schedule.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellations apply up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, 50% of the fare applies, and within 4 hours, full fare applies. Modifications are free when possible.
Do you offer child seats or special equipment?
Yes, child and booster seats are available upon request. Please inform us during booking to ensure they are prepared for your journey.
How are prices calculated?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and approved business accounts. Receipts or invoices are issued automatically after each booking.
Do you charge for waiting time?
We offer 15 minutes free waiting time for standard pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups. After that, hourly rates apply depending on vehicle type.
